Background:

I am a professional vocalist, perform and songwriter with 10 years music performance experience with a strong emphasis on lead/background singing, vocal technique/performance, and songwriting in contemporary styles as well as 3 years teaching experience with emphasis on contemporary vocals and keyboard for all ages. I have a Bachelor of Music Degree in Performance, an Associate of Arts Degree in Vocal Performance and a certificate as an Independent Artist from Musicians Institute in Los Angeles, CA. I teach contemporary styles for beginner to advanced voice and beginner to intermediate piano as well as songwriting, recording, music theory, ear training, sight-reading and music notation. As a working musician and music teacher, I believe in cultivating a space where my students can feel safe to explore, be creative and enjoy the process of finding their own musical abilities.
