Background:

My name is Mathew Sloan, I am a professional fingerstyle guitar and piano composer. I have 12 years of experience in the music business and have toured 3 continents playing concerts with my guitar. Having taught students for the past 6 years has allowed me the opportunity to share my passion and knowledge of these instruments and music in general. In addition to my passion for composing, I am also in love with the history of the variety of styles within music and love to share the meaning of each of the pieces played by the students.
